Join us for an insightful panel discussion exploring the resilience, creativity, and necessity of women’s voices in times that challenge artists and writers.

She is the author of four books including On Immunity (2014), Notes from No Man’s Land (2009), and The Balloonists (2002).

Author of Woman Pissing, Elizabeth Cooperman, is coeditor (with David Shields) of the anthology Life Is Short—Art Is Shorter and coauthor (with Thomas Walton) of The Last Mosaic. Her work has appeared in Writer’s Chronicle, Seattle Review, 1913: A Journal of Forms, and other journals. She is the art director of PageBoy Magazine.
Author of Low , Notes on Art & Trash, Jaydra Johnson, is the recipient of the 2022-2023 Creatives Rebuild New York grant. Her written and visual work has appeared in Oxford American, Guernica, Gossamer, Atmos, and Sweet Tooth magazines, among others, and in the group show Patriot at O’Flaherty’s Gallery (2022, NYC).
