Jenna Rindo worked for years as a pediatric intensive care nurse in hospitals in Virginia, Florida, and Wisconsin. She now teaches English to speakers of other languages. Her poems and essays have been published in CALYX Journal, Prism Review, Natural Bridge, Shenandoah, Bellingham Review, and other journals. She lives with her husband and their blended family of five children in rural Pickett, WI.
